The hotel surprised me with its essentially brand new rooms, exceeding my expectations. Although not as clean as I had hoped, the garden/courtyard view added a nice touch to our stay. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff members being quite rude and condescending during payment issues, but others like Rebekah went above and beyond with friendliness and helpfulness. The location was great for beach access and convenience, but the Wi-Fi charges seemed unnecessary given the room rate.
